Law enforcement requests

How Spoke DNA responds to government and law-enforcement requests.

Policy stance

Spoke requires valid legal process, scrutinises overbroad requests, produces only the minimum legally required data, and notifies affected customers unless legally prohibited.

Evidence handling

Every request creates an internal record with date received, jurisdiction, requested data categories, accounts specified, data produced, notice decision, counsel or DPO review, and final outcome.

Transparency

Aggregate request counts are included in a transparency report once production customer intake begins and a reporting period exists.

These pages describe the current product posture and the controls being hardened before broader intake. Certification, audit, and legal claims are made only when supporting evidence exists.
