Terms for buying a Spoke DNA report

We provide an electronic educational report based on a compatible consumer raw-DNA file. It is not a diagnosis, medical advice, clinical genetic testing or emergency care. Do not use it as the sole basis for a medical decision; discuss health concerns with a qualified professional.

The report is delivered through your secure online account and can be viewed in a current web browser or downloaded as a PDF. The product page and checkout show its scope, total price (including any applicable tax), payment method and expected delivery time. Payment is handled by Stripe.

We accept your order when Stripe confirms payment, and we then send your confirmation. You must have the right to provide the DNA file and must give accurate information and the required consent. Analysis starts only after we receive a compatible file and your request to begin. We will use reasonable care and skill, tell you about material delays, and explain your options if we cannot use the file or provide the service.

You may cancel within 14 days after the contract is made, without giving a reason, by emailing alex@spokedna.com with a clear request and your order reference.

If you expressly ask us to start during that period and then cancel, we may charge a proportionate amount for work already supplied. Your cancellation right ends once the service is fully performed only if you expressly requested an early start and acknowledged that result. Any refund due will be made within 14 days using the original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our privacy summary explains how we use, store and delete data. Use the secure portal—not ordinary email—for DNA files or health information. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to privacy@spokedna.com.

Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Send complaints to alex@spokedna.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory rights you have elsewhere in the UK. The version you accept at checkout applies to that order.
