Privacy summary

A plain-language view of what Spoke DNA collects, what it avoids, and how customers can control genomic report data.

What we collect

We collect contact details, service-intake answers, consent records, uploaded genomic files, supporting context files, generated report artifacts, and audit events needed to provide and protect the service.

What we do not do by default

We do not sell personal or genomic data, share it with employers or insurers, upload it to public databases, reuse it for research, train models on it, or send it for third-party enrichment without separate explicit consent.

How data is separated

Identity and consent records are kept separate from genomic objects and report artifacts. Object keys use case and subject identifiers, not names or emails.

Customer controls

Customers can view released reports in the portal, request secure downloads, request correction, delete raw genome files when processing is not running, and request broader deletion or export support.

Trust centre

These pages describe the current product posture and the controls being hardened before broader intake. Certification, audit, and legal claims are made only when supporting evidence exists.
