What we collect
We collect the contact details, intake answers, consent records, uploaded DNA file, optional supporting context, report files, and security records needed to provide and protect the service.
What we use it for
We use this information to check file fit, prepare the report you requested, protect the service, and deliver the result through your secure portal. Identity records are kept separate from genomic files and report artifacts.
The choices you retain
Sensitive report areas remain off unless you choose them. Research, model training, partner enrichment, and public database upload also require separate consent. You can request access, correction, export, raw-file deletion, or wider deletion.
What we never do
We do not sell personal or genomic data or provide it to employers, insurers, data brokers, or marketing marketplaces. We do not reuse it for research or model training without separate consent.
Service providers and change
Spoke uses providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email, and monitoring. Stripe receives payment information, not your DNA file or report findings. A shutdown or ownership change does not expand permitted use; where legally possible, customers receive notice, an export window, and a deletion option.
